Mark Flatman serves as the Global Head of Enterprise Products at Bloomberg. His responsibilities include overseeing the development of the data, functions, applications, analytics and communications infrastructure that comprise the Bloomberg Terminal, across all asset classes.

This business is committed to building better outcomes for customers as they use the Bloomberg Terminal across every element of their workflow – now and in the future.

Mark has worked at Bloomberg for over 20 years. Previously, he led the Sell-Side Enterprise Products business, and also oversaw the regional Sales teams for the company’s APAC (based in Hong Kong) and EMEA businesses.

Prior to Bloomberg, Mark held a role in Audit at Ernst & Young. He graduated with an Engineering degree from Durham University.

Mike is the product manager for Bloomberg’s transaction cost analysis product, BTCA. Based in London, Mike joined Bloomberg in 2009 as a transaction cost analysis (TCA) specialist. His more than 30 years’ industry experience in trading, execution consultancy and benchmark analytics has helped Bloomberg develop its market-leading multi-asset transaction cost analysis (TCA) tools. Bloomberg TCA provides trading desks with performance metrics for pre, real-time and post trade. These analytics give trading desks on the sell side and buy side transparency into execution quality, as well as qualitative insights for decision support and trade surveillance activities.

Under Mike’s direction, the BTCA product has grown to support analytics for global equities, fixed income, OTC and exchange-traded derivatives, foreign exchange and structured products, such as mortgages and asset-backed securities with pioneering work to incorporate exception based workflow for delivery of outliers and insights.

Constantin M. Cotzias is European Director at Bloomberg L.P. and Chair of Bloomberg London. He is Global Head of External Affairs for Bloomberg L.P., Chairman of Bloomberg Tradebook, and a Board Director of Bloomberg Multilateral Trading Facility Ltd, Bloomberg Index Services and Bloomberg Data Reporting Services. He sits on the Mayor of London Economic Advisory Board and the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s Financial Services Advisory Board. He sat on the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council in 2018. He was previously CEO of Bloomberg’s legal and regulatory news and research division. He joined Bloomberg in 2001 as Chief Counsel.

Prior to Bloomberg, Cotzias was a senior mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Denton Wilde Sapte (presently known as Dentons), one of the United Kingdom’s largest law firms, where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs across industries including media, telecoms, technology, and energy. From 1998-2000, he was Chief Counsel of Denton Wilde Sapte’s Moscow office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern History and Politics and is a Law graduate from the London School of Economics (University of London). Cotzias earned honours in the English Law Society Final Examinations and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Victoria most recently worked at Abel Noser, a leading TCA provider, where she worked for 4 years before joining Northern Trust to leverage data in order to enhance trading performance across each asset class. Combining that specialised TCA knowledge, with an understanding of data and analytics across Capital Markets, puts her in a unique position to use data and gain a deeper understanding of how to create efficiencies going forward.

Juan Landazabal is GAM’s Investments COO and is responsible for leading the functions supporting the Investment Management and Wealth Management businesses. He manages the Global Trading and the Investment Support functions, Research Management and the Investments Business Management Teams and is a key stakeholder and sponsor of Investments related projects and initiatives, both to internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining GAM Investments in September 2018, he was Global Head of Fixed Income & FX trading at DWS Group (formerly Deutsche Asset Management) for 4 years. Before that, Juan spent almost 10 years at Fidelity Investments starting as a Senior Credit Trader and then as Head of Fixed Income Trading for the last 4 years. He has held various trading and financial analyst roles across Madrid, New York and London throughout his career which started in 1994. Juan holds an MSc from Heriot-Watt University in International Banking & Financial Studies and a BA in Economics from Kingston University. Juan is co-chair of the Investment Association Fixed Income Trade Committee. He is based in London.

Andrew Munro is Global Head of Fixed Income Trading at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2006. Prior to this, Andrew was head of Henderson’s fixed income dealing desk from 2003. He joined Henderson in 1995 as head of international equity dealing. Before this, he held various dealing and settlements positions at BZW and Nomura International, respectively. Andrew has 39 years of financial industry experience.

Chris Minck, Chartered FCSI, Director, is the EMEA Head of Systematic Execution. The trading team focuses on the implementation of data-driven execution strategies and automated trading workflows. Prior to joining systematic trading, Mr. Minck was a Senior Trader in EMEA, responsible for high and low touch execution strategies, delivering market intelligence updates, and optimizing workflows for BlackRock’s global investment platform.  Mr. Minck started his career with BlackRock in 2010, joining the US Trade Operations team in Delaware.

Dr. Prabhanjan (Anju) Kambadur is the Head of the AI Engineering group at Bloomberg, which consists of 300+ researchers and engineers responsible for building financial solutions using technologies from ML, NLP, IR, Dialog, Speech, Vision, Optimization, and Time Series Analysis. Some of the products the AI Group helps build include News, Research, Communications, and Finance. The members of his group are active in the academic community and have published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers since 2021. Anju is an author of the recently published BloombergGPT paper. He was also recognized on Insider’s “AI 100” list of the top 100 people in artificial intelligence in 2023. Before Bloomberg, Anju was a senior researcher at IBM Research in Yorktown Heights.

Ash Brown is the Global Head of UX at Bloomberg driving design for Bloomberg’s Terminal, Mobile, and Enterprise products.

Ash has been a designer in financial technology for 12 years, having started her design career at Murex, transitioning from a position designing and implementing middle and back-office workflows. She’s passionate about delivering designs that empower all of Bloomberg’s users to unlock the full potential of Bloomberg solutions.

Ash has been at Bloomberg for 8 years, serving first as an Interaction Designer in trading systems and now as Global Head of UX.

Phil leads the EMS & Trading Analytics business at Bloomberg which delivers EMS (systems which facilitate Electronic Trading) such as ETOMS, TSOX and EMSX and analytics which support trading such as TCA and RBLD.

Phil has been at Bloomberg for 10 years. Previously he was the MD for Structuring and Collateral Trading at Loyds, an exotics trader and a University Maths lecturer.
