Bloomberg by the Numbers: $982 Billion

That’s the annual rate at which the federal government would be financed through Sept. 30 under a measure House Republicans introduced yesterday.

The Republican measure would fund government operations for the rest of the fiscal year after a stopgap measure expires March 27. The $982 billion figure reflects across-the-board spending cuts that took effect March 1.
