Much is made of the third generation of political Bushes, the one (George W.) who served as president and the former Florida governor (Jeb) whom many in his party view as another contender.
Much is made of the fourth generation: Particularly the one (George P.) in Texas who is running for land commissioner, a traditional stepping stone to offices such as the governor’s mansion that his uncle held. If successful, he could be one of those 2024 or 2028 contenders.
