Google is raising the ante at this “event smorgasbord” of a black-tie dinner, which BuzzFeed and Facebook (and Geico) are marking with a “Bowties and Burgers” dinner at Jack Rose Dining Salon, a place with one great whiskey bar.
The WHCA dinner, which raises money for scholarships and also draws a Hollywood-red-carpet-caliber list of invited guests, this year will feature Joel McHale, star of the NBC show “Community,” for its on-stage entertainment.
McHale promises a fun night for all.
