Priya Kundamal, CFA
Priya Kundamal is CEO and Head of DTCC Data Repository, Singapore Pte. Ltd, the Singapore-based subsidiary of DTCC’s Global Trade Repository (GTR) service that provides OTC derivatives trade reporting to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). In this capacity, Priya works closely with regulators, market participant firms and industry associations across the Asia Pacific region and the globe on the adoption of automated solutions that deliver upon the G20’s OTC Derivative Market Reforms.
Priya has a strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks behind reporting requirements across jurisdictions, as well as the ever-evolving technology in this space. She sits on the board of the DTCC Data Repository, Singapore Pte. Ltd in an executive capacity. Priya has also joined the board of ASIFMA (Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association).

Xiangjing Ng
Ng Xiangjing is the Senior Director of Public Policy for Asia Pacific at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), where he leads the organization’s public policy efforts in the region. He is an experienced public policy professional with over 18 years of experience in financial markets development and regulatory reforms.
Prior to joining ISDA, Xiangjing spent over 15 years at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he held various roles. He spearheaded a team to drive the development of Singapore’s derivatives and equities market, such as establishing Singapore as a preeminent global FX electronic trading hub, and facilitating launch of new derivative products such as FX futures.
Xiangjing also played a key role in shaping regulatory policies in the financial industry. He was involved in the implementation of G20 OTC derivatives regulatory reforms in Singapore, including trade reporting, clearing, and trading, and was instrumental in the set-up of the trade repository in Singapore.

Amy Kwan
Amy is Head of APAC Post-Trade Technology at Bloomberg LP, overseeing financial data compliance and regulation reporting solutions for customers in Asia Pacific. She is responsible for planning, identifying, and implementing the ever-evolving financial technology to help clients adopt automation and streamline their trading work-flow process, bringing post-trade connectivity and efficiency to the Middle and Back Office Community.
Amy joined Bloomberg in 2000 holding numerous positions in managing Sales, Market Specialist and Product Specialist teams developing tools and solutions for electronic trading and trading applications across multi-asset classes. Before joining Bloomberg, Amy lends years of front office experience working at various Investment Banks.

Yuko Madono
Yuko Madono is a Specialist in Regulatory Reporting Services. Yuko has extensive experience collaborating with a diverse range of clients including both sellside and buyside communities, central banks, exchanges and regulators. Yuko started her career in Bloomberg over 10 years ago as a relationship manager in Japan prior to relocating to Singapore. Yuko holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at the University of San Francisco.

Patricia Or
Patricia Or leads government and regulatory affairs in South/Southeast Asia and Japan at Bloomberg. In this role, she monitors and analyses policy trends that impact Bloomberg and its clients, and collaborates with senior leadership to develop strategies that align business objectives with regulatory developments. Patricia frequently engages policymakers and industry associations to put forth Bloomberg’s viewpoints.
Before joining Bloomberg, Patricia was at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) where she developed strategies to strengthen Singapore’s position as a wealth management hub, and formulated market conduct and investor protection policies. She was also actively involved in the work of international standard-setting and regulatory bodies such as the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF).
Patricia started her career in private banking, advising and managing financial assets of high net-worth clients based in Indonesia and Greater China.
