4:05 pm – 4:45 pm

With the gender balance slowly changing in the boardroom, how can female leaders assert their role without having to adopt stereotypical male traits to be heard. Women have distinct strengths which can differ from their male counterparts and it is important that we can confidently use them, to be true to ourselves, but also to proudly demonstrate our approach has equal place in leadership. Our panel will discuss the challenges within the industry and how we can promote equitable opportunities.
