Building Around Adversity

The Bloomberg Intelligence and EPRA 2025 Real Estate Summit will engage some of Europe’s most innovative, proactive and visionary real estate executives, portfolio managers, investment bankers and analysts to consider the ramifications of new governments, volatile interest rates and technology advancements for European real estate. Does ‘higher-for-longer’ mean a short rate-cutting cycle? Are current property yields appropriate? What does gen AI mean for building and work practices? What will fire up Build to Rent in Europe? Delegates will join debates on these and other issues to help inform investment decisions followed by a network reception.
