Gina Martin Adams, CFA, CMT
Gina Martin Adams, CFA, CMT, is the Chief U.S. Equity Strategist for Bloomberg Intelligence, a unique research platform that provides context on markets, industries, companies, and government policy, available on the Bloomberg Professional Service at BI <GO>.
Mrs. Adams has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Market Technician designations, is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of New York, and is on the Board of Directors for the CMT Association. She is also a member of the Financial Women’s Association and 100 Women in Finance. She serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and a member of the Advisory Board for Emory University’s Master of Analytical Finance Program.

Eric Balchunas
Eric Balchunas is a Senior ETF Analyst at Bloomberg. In this role he writes research, articles and feature stories about ETFs for the Bloomberg terminal and Bloomberg.com. He also appears in a weekly on-air segment for Bloomberg TV and Radio called “Exchange-Traded Friday” in which he discusses different ETFs and the way investors can utilize them.
He is author of the new book “The Institutional ETF Toolbox,” which was published by Wiley on March 2016. The book is at once a primer on ETFs that both novices and professionals can understand as well as a guide to doing proper due diligence on the fast-growing world of ETFs. The book is available on Amazon.com and most other places books are sold.
In addition, he is responsible for training clients and conducting seminars on how to use Bloomberg to find and analyze ETFs. He is also puts out the Bloomberg ETF Newsletter and is a regular speaker at both Bloomberg events as well as industry conferences.
Prior to joining the ETF team, Eric was a Public Relations Associate with Bloomberg. Before joining Bloomberg in 2000, Eric worked as a reporter for Institutional Investor Magazine. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Environmental Economics from Rutgers University.

Eric Hewitt
Eric Hewitt has 25 years of investment management experience. Before taking on the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager roles at SS&C ALPS Advisors, Eric was a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst on the Value and Income Team at OppenheimerFunds on four different equity and balanced strategies. Over his career, Eric has run long/short-hedged equity strategies and was Co-Portfolio Manager and Co-Sector Head for AllianceBernstein’s global consumer strategies and team.
Eric earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Finance and a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he double majored in Political Science and International Relations.

Montanna Saltsman
Montanna Saltsman is a director of Investment Analysis-Active ETFs for FundsNetwork and FI Product at Fidelity Institutional® (FI). Fidelity Institutional is a division of Fidelity Investments that offers investment insights, strategies, and solutions, as well as trading services to a wide range of wealth management firms and institutional investors. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Saltsman is responsible for collaborating with Fidelity’s investment management, product development, and distribution channels to act as a liaison between Fidelity’s ETF strategies and FI clients. She is responsible for day-to-day support for FI’s ETF Specialists. Additionally, she works closely with business partners in Asset Management, Product, Marketing and Learning and Development to extend the scale and effectiveness of Fidelity’s ETF distribution efforts.
Prior to assuming her current role in October 2023, Ms. Saltsman was an investment product manager on the ETF Management & Strategy team where she oversaw the liquidity and trading of Fidelity ETFs. She served as an ETF subject matter expert on Fidelity’s ETFs both internally and externally. Prior to that she was an ETF associate where she focused on the Fidelity ETF trading ecosystem. She has been in the financial industry since 2015.
Ms. Saltsman earned her bachelor of science degree in finance from Auburn University and master of business administration and master of science in finance degrees from Auburn University. She is a Certified ETF Advisor (CETF) and holds the Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 licenses.

Jessica Shill
Jessica Shill is a Portfolio Manager on the Securitized Credit Team at Janus Henderson Investors. Additionally, she is a Securitized Products Analyst with a focus on CLOs. Jessica became portfolio manager in 2023, was an associate portfolio manager from 2020, and has held the analyst position since joining the firm in 2019. Prior to this, she was an intern and an analyst for the Wells Fargo Investment Portfolio.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Bryn Mawr College, where she graduated cum laude. She has 8 years of financial industry experience.

D.J. Tierney
D.J. Tierney is a Senior Portfolio Strategist supporting Schwab Asset Management Solutions. Mr. Tierney is primarily focused on representing the Schwab ETFs and index mutual funds to clients, advisers, sales channels, and the media. He partners with other Schwab teams to optimize Schwab’s ETF and index mutual fund offerings and to provide educational and market strategy content. Mr. Tierney also assists with Schwab ETF communications and relationships with authorized participants, broker-dealers, and regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining Schwab in December 2016, Mr. Tierney spent 16 years with Morgan Stanley as a senior institutional sales, trading, and relationship management professional where he worked with asset managers in the roll-out and trading of ETFs.
Mr. Tierney earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He holds Series 7, 9/10, and 66 licenses.
