Georgie Dickins
Georgie Dickins is an internationally recognized authority on leadership, sought after speaker, author, and coach. Georgie serves as a trusted advisor to CEOs and changemakers within the financial services industry and appreciated as a modern day leadership expert by both corporations and the industry titans that lead them.
Georgie’s 20 years of experience in the financial services industry has given her extensive exposure enabling her to truly understand the requirements of leadership as well as the expectations placed on business leaders.
She is passionate about sharing insights from the top of successful organizations and has created CEO Circles and mastermind groups, bringing together, incubating and inspiring the next generation of leaders and visionaries.
As the co-founder and managing director of Cajetan, a boutique firm specializing in transformational leadership, Georgie orchestrates impactful change within organizations. She is also the founder behind Women In Leadership Global, a peer network with a mission to advance the face of leadership across the world’s most influential industries.
Georgie splits her time between her home in Suffolk, London and New York.

Kelly A Mathieson
Kelly Mathieson is Chief Business Development Officer at Digital Asset, the provider of Canton — the first privacy-enabled, interoperable layer-1 blockchain, purpose-built for regulated financial markets. She focuses on advancing industry solutions and commercial opportunities that span and connect global financial markets through the Canton Network. Kelly joined Digital Asset in 2016 and is a member of its Executive Management team. Prior to Digital Asset, Kelly spent three decades at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in senior roles across Corporate & Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Securities Services. She was most recently Head of J.P. Morgan’s Global Collateral Management and Securities Clearing businesses and played a key role in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s tri-party repo reforms and major post-crisis market transformation initiatives. Kelly serves on the Board of Jaid.io and as an Advisor to Oxford University’s Creative Destruction Lab. She has received several industry honors, including Global Custodian’s 2018

Ana R. Singletary
Ana Singletary is a results-focused, transformative leader with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and BNY Mellon. Committed to building more inclusive workplaces, Ana has built & led global teams, designed culture–defining strategies and launched talent development initiatives that create pathways for emerging leaders—delivering measurable results and lasting impact.
As a values-oriented executive coach, Ana partners with leaders to navigate pivotal transitions, amplify their impact, and build high-performing organizations that reflect their principles. She blends strategic insight with a human touch, empowering leaders to act with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Beyond her professional life, Ana enjoys cycling, fitness, and spending time with her husband and their two teenage daughters.

Caroline Vasquez
As the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at DRW, a global technology-driven trading firm, Caroline leads a team responsible for defining and protecting the firm’s brand, as well as the brands of its four subsidiaries: DRW VC, Convexity, Artemeter and Cumberland. Her team manages a comprehensive suite of functions, including internal and external communications, marketing, brand design, corporate affairs, research, UX/UI and social media.
Caroline’s extensive experience spans senior roles at Enova International (NYSE: ENVA) and GETCO (acquired by Virtu). She also spent over a decade on the agency side, working at both Golin and FTI Consulting, where she provided strategic counsel to clients navigating crises and significant organizational changes.
Caroline holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hillsdale College.

Paula Fry
Paula manages a global team of sales relationship managers at Bloomberg in the Electronic Trading Solutions group. Her team looks after the providers of liquidity – both in fixed income and foreign exchange – that spans across all of the Bloomberg trading platforms. She has a passion for D&I and female mentoring. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2015, Paula, who now has had a career in the city for over 30 years, was a currency trader at Goldman Sachs for 14 years and has worked in various eFX Sales roles in London in banks and brokers..

Hank Anderson
Hank Anderson is the Global Head of Sales for Electronic Trading Solutions, Compliance and Regulation at Bloomberg. In his role, Hank oversees sales and support of Bloomberg’s multi-asset trading products, analytics and connectivity businesses, in addition to the Bloomberg Vault and Regulatory Reporting franchises.
Hank joined Bloomberg in 2007, and during his tenure, he worked in Bloomberg Customer Support and Analytics, managed sales teams covering regional clients and hedge funds, and oversaw sales globally for the firm’s Sell-Side business, which includes the Trade Order Management Solutions (TOMS) product. Prior to his time with the Sell-Side business, Hank spent four years as the Americas Head of Sales for Electronic Trading Solutions where he managed sales teams covering Bloomberg’s Fixed Income, Equity and FX trading businesses, as well as the Transaction Cost Analytics (BTCA) franchise.
Hank received his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Math from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. When he’s not at Bloomberg, Hank enjoys spending time with his wife Mary, his son Chip and his daughter June.
