Overview

Leveraging the Recovery

By engaging the minds of some of Europe’s most innovative, proactive and visionary real estate executives, the Bloomberg Intelligence and EPRA 2022 Real Estate Summit will confront the extraordinary challenges geopolitics and the pandemic legacy present for European commercial real estate.

Are the economic impacts an opportunity or threat for REITs as they emerge from Covid-19 restrictions?
How can they rework portfolios quickly to leverage the opportunities? What role does sustainable finance play and how much leverage is optimal?

Delegates will join debates on these issues to help inform investment decisions amid a dynamic networking environment at Bloomberg’s spectacular London HQ.
