In partnership with Colorintech, we are proud to announce that for the 4th year in a row, we are hosting Amplify: Black in Tech!
Bloomberg will be hosting an in-person event, giving you the opportunity to build and enhance your professional network, learn more about our business and culture, as well as see our amazing office. You will hear from business representatives across Product, Data, Engineering, Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion, and other technical teams. Food and drink will be served.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from leaders who are members of our Black Professional Community during a fireside chat on owning your career, the culture at Bloomberg, and the importance of our D&I initiatives.

Samuel Esilaba
Samuel is the Data Analytics Lead for the EMEA region at Bloomberg. With over 10 years of experience, Samuel excels in transforming complex data into actionable insights. They oversee data initiatives and lead a team to optimise business operations and drive growth.
Passionate about data-driven decision-making, Samuel is dedicated to fostering innovation and success within the EMEA region. Outside of work, Sam is an avid runner and indulges in his passion for pastry chefing.

Terence Chabe
As a member of the Enterprise Data Strategic Alliances team at Bloomberg, Terence specialises in managing relationships with software vendors and strategic partners within Financial Services. His core responsibility is to integrate Bloomberg’s industry-leading content into these software solutions, a strategic priority that ensures our mutual customers enjoy a seamless, integrated experience. With a rich history in business development and sales, including roles at Colt Technology Services within its Capital Markets division, as well as positions at ICE Data Services, Thomson Reuters and Santander, he brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated father of three, captain of his local church football team, an avid reader of strategy and philosophy, and a committed participant in industry workshops and networking events. These personal interests enhance his professional life, providing a broad perspective that benefits his role in building and nurturing a robust partner ecosystem.

Jamila Noel
Jamila started her career on a helpdesk supporting financial data feeds used primarily by front office applications. This experience suited her natural problem-solving abilities and prompted her curiosity around crafting and delivering solutions for complex use cases. 20 years on she has stayed close to client-facing and pre-sales consultant roles. She is currently working in the Enterprise Services department leading a team of Technical Account managers. Outside of work, Jamila loves volleyball and doing weekly park runs (5km).

Teniola Sulaiman
Teni’s journey began in Nigeria, where she cultivated her passion for technology while earning a Computer Science degree at the prestigious University of Lagos. Seeking wider horizons, she pursued Software Development, landing on the dynamic IB Applications team at Bloomberg. Here, she collaborates with brilliant minds to craft innovative solutions. Outside of coding, she is a movie buff, travel enthusiast, and devourer of fiction.
