Today, Anthony serves as Senior Vice President of NinjaTrader Media, where he leads content and broadcast strategy for one of the world’s largest retail futures platforms. Since joining in October 2024, he has built and launched the fully revamped NinjaTrader Live, a daily livestream reaching more than 1.9 million traders, personally recruiting its on-air roster of professional traders and growing it into a six-day-a-week broadcast that anchors NinjaTrader’s media strategy.

Dan Suzuki is a Global Investment Strategist at iCapital, where he is responsible for research and thought leadership focused on public markets. He previously served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Richard Bernstein Advisors, where he led the investment committee and oversaw macro asset allocation. Prior to that, Dan spent over 15 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Global Research, where he held roles as a senior investment strategist and as a fundamental equity analyst.

Dan is a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and is regularly quoted in leading financial publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Barron’s. He holds a BS in Economics from Duke University and has been a CFA charterholder since 2006.

Shelly Brown has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer since November 2025 and previously served as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development from April 2011 until November 2025. In November of 2025, Mr. Brown was appointed to serve as the Chief Executive Officer for MIAX Futures. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Brown served as the Director of Business Management for PEAK6 Investments, a Chicago-based trading firm, where he was head of options execution from September 2009 to February 2011. Prior thereto, Mr. Brown held a number of positions in the financial markets including as Associate Vice President at Nasdaq OMX, Vice President, Derivatives Trading Strategy at PHLX from April 2006 to September 2009, and Manager of Options Trading Systems and co-head of Options Business Development at SIG from April 2001 to April 2006. Prior to joining SIG, Mr. Brown was a founder and Managing Director of Risk Information Systems and Consulting.

Scott Fleming is a senior derivatives executive with more than 40 years of experience in options trading, risk management, and market structure. He leads Business Development for Jump Trading’s options business, where he focuses on strategic exchange relationships and the growth of the firm’s listed options franchise in the U.S.

Scott joined Jump Trading in 2006 as Operations Manager for Jump Power LLC, managing operations and risk for the firm’s participation in U.S. wholesale power markets. He later served as Operations Manager for Jump’s Options Group from 2011 to 2016, overseeing compliance, operational and risk frameworks supporting the firm’s options activities.

Earlier in his career, Scott spent more than 16 years as an equity options market maker on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Prior to that, he was Chief Operations Officer of Fossett Corporation, where he managed operations for a 200-plus person options trading and clearing firm active on major U.S. exchanges.

Christopher Cain, CQF, CMT, is the Global Head of Equity Strategy for Bloomberg Intelligence, a division of Bloomberg LP, and is based in New York, NY. Christopher leads a global team of equity strategists across the US, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, covering broad equity strategy and market developments around the world, with a specific focus on U.S. equity factors and systematic investing strategies.

He is the 2020 Charles H. Dow Award-Winning author of “Quantamentals – Combining Technical and Fundamental Analysis in a Quantitative Framework for Better Investment Results”.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, he was a quantitative analyst focused on building alpha generating trading strategies for institutional investors. He is also a former fixed income market maker, managing a 500MM trading book consisting of cash rates products (US Treasuries, US Agencies and SSA Bonds) and US Interest Rate derivatives.

Christopher is passionate about systematic/quantitative investing, equity factor modeling, trading system design and testing, Python programming and behavioral finance. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and holds the Chartered Market Technician(CMT) and the Certificate in Quantitative Finance(CQF) designations.

Before joining Bloomberg, Ian spent 15 years as a multi-asset trader at leading New York banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. Combining his trading background with product expertise, Ian focuses on using data and innovation to help market participants discover and source liquidity more effectively.

Umesh Gajria is Head of Multi-Asset Indices at Bloomberg Indices, where he oversees management of commodities, derivatives, FX, digital assets, and multi-asset index business. Prior to this role, he was Bloomberg Indices’ Global Head of Index-Linked Products, managing the firm’s index derivative offerings and analytics. Earlier he served as COO for Bloomberg’s Enterprise Product business, after joining the firm in 2017.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Gajria was an Executive Director of Global Business Development at CME Group where he led growth initiatives for the Financial Products business. Before that he worked in various roles at US Bank, JP Morgan and Lexis Nexis. Gajria holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Based in New York, he brings more than 15 years of experience partnering with asset managers and institutional investors to develop benchmark and investable index solutions. Throughout his career, Michael has launched hundreds of indices across core equity, factor, thematic, and custom strategies, including the Bloomberg Magnificent 7 Index. Before joining the Index Product team, he held several client-facing roles at Bloomberg, including on the Portfolio Analytics & Risk team, where he helped clients transition from Barclays POINT to Bloomberg PORT. He earned a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University.
