Irene Lam
Irene Lam is the Head of Sales for the Greater China Buyside Business for Bloomberg L.P., the world’s leading provider of financial data, news and analytics.
Irene oversees and guides the firm’s Greater China buyside sales strategy and helps clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China manage the challenges of an evolving market landscape using Bloomberg’s market-leading technology and data. She has more than 14 years of experience in supporting both the buy and sell-side clients in optimizing their operational efficiency, and facilitated clients with their firm-wide data transformation journey.
Irene is also an active member for the Bloomberg Women Committee, Bloomberg Women Buyside Network, and a supporter to the Women in Finance Asia (WIFA), a sub-committee of ASIFMA.
Prior to Bloomberg, Irene was with HSBC Broking Securities (Asia) Limited. She holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics from University of Washington, USA, Management Science Certificate from Stanford University, USA and is currently pursuing her Master degree at Johns Hopkins University, USA.
Jeremy Kok
Jeremy Kok is the Head of Treasury & Markets (T&M), Hong Kong. Assuming this role in 2023, Jeremy is responsible for Sales, Trading, Fixed Income activities, business strategy and overall management of T&M in HK.
Prior to his appointment as Head T&M HK, Jeremy was head of the Structured Credit desk for 5 years where his key responsibilities were managing the desk market risk exposures and leading product development efforts to meet client needs. Jeremy also led the Quant & Tech team where he provided overall strategic direction for pricing models and systems development to support the derivatives and structured products business. Jeremy co-managed the XVA, Collateral and Margining responsibilities for the trading floor as well. Jeremy has experience pricing and trading exotic interest rates and volatility, having done a 2-year rotation with the Interest Rates Derivatives desk.
Jeremy holds a B.Sc (High Honors) in Electrical Engineering Computer Science (EECS) from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.Sc in Financing Engineering from Columbia University. He joined DBS upon graduation.
Kelvin Chan
Mr. Kelvin Chan is Managing Director and Head of Advisory Sales for Treasury & Markets in Hong Kong, covering Financial Institutions; Fixed Income Credit Sales; Wealth Management Solutions for Greater China and Listed Products marketing. He joined the bank in 2020.
Mr. Chan is a seasoned financial market professional with over 23 years of experience. He has held senior trading, structuring and managerial roles in Société Générale, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Jefferies. Prior to joining DBS, Mr Chan was the Chief Operating Officer at Nan Fung Trinity (HK) Limited.
Mr. Chan holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from University of Bath.
Kim Wen Gian
Gian Kim Wen is Chief Trader at Bank of China (Hong Kong) with over 15 years of experience trading options. He started his finance career at ABN AMRO trading vanilla G7 FX options and trading complex EM FX exotics options at RBS. Heeding his entrepreneurial streak, he later built up and developed the short dated Yen option desk at Daiwa Capital Markets. Prior to a career in finance, he was a product manager at then startup salesforce.com where he honed his business building skills. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with first class honours in Economics.
Sydney Jen
Sydney Jen is an Account Manager in Bloomberg Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS), focusing on FX E-Trading through the FXGO platform. She works very closely with the key buy-side partners and distinguished brokers based in the bustling financial hub of Hong Kong. She dedicates her time in tailoring innovative product solutions that enhance and streamline the clients’ FX trading workflow across a diverse spectrum of FX instruments and trading methods.
John Lagman

Jacy He
Jacy He covers Bloomberg’s Sell-side derivative and risk solutions for HK and Taiwan region. Her 18 years experience at Bloomberg has witnessed the solution design, implementation and development of various risk solutions and analytics covering regulatory requirements including FRTB, Libor Transition, new IFRS standards, Uncleared Margin Rules, IRRBB and Basel framework upgrades. Before joining the Sellside Enterprise Solutions team, Jacy worked as the Market Specialist at Bloomberg, covering fixed income and derivatives products for the Greater China region. She has helped to promote and develop Bloomberg’s CNH Interest Rate Derivative market from early 2010 including interest rate benchmark curves and bond markets. Prior to this she was based in Bloomberg NY covering sellside banks such as Lehman Brothers from 2006 to 2010 serving as consultant to Structure Product and Derivatives workflow.
Jacy holds an MBA from the University of Science & Technology in Hong Kong and dual degree from Northwestern University for Psychology and Music Performance. In her spare time she likes to train for marathons and play her electric bass.
William Shek
William started as an Aeronautic engineer in UK after graduating from Imperial College in 1988. He moved back to Hong Kong in 1994 as EM rates trader in Chase Manhattan Bank.
In 1998, William joined Goldman Sachs and was promoted as Co-Head of Macro Trading, Asia Pacific. He then joined Merrill Lynch in 2002 as Managing Director to develop Asia Currency and Rates Trading businesses.
In 2005, William joined HSBC HK to run Asian rates trading. He was promoted to Head of Rates and Credit, Asia Pacific in 2016. Since May 2020, William has expanded his role to Head of FICC Trading in Asia. In 2023, he has been added further responsibility of Head of Markets and Securities Services in HK.
Mark Jin Shwen Teo
Mark helps BBG clients across APAC improve their front office workflows through digital transformation. He has been at Bloomberg for the last 8 years with experience covering both the sell and buy side across North Asia for various asset classes (FX, FI and Derivatives). Mark is currently focused on driving Bloomberg’s product development around NLP and APIs for the region.
