At Benchmark, Andrew regularly presents to leading market participants, government bodies and industry forums, while also travelling to active mines, processing plants and manufacturing hubs across the world.

Mr. Richardson identified the Paradox Lithium Project in Utah, USA and has been focused on this opportunity moving to the USA in 2019 to focus on this project. In 2018, Mr. Richardson became Executive Chairman/CEO of Anson Resources. Mr. Richardson holds no other Directorships in other listed companies

Gene Berdichevsky is the Co-Founder & CEO of Sila Nanotechnologies. Prior to co-founding Sila, Gene was the seventh employee at Tesla Motors where he served as Principal Engineer on the Roadster battery, leading the development of the world’s first, safe, mass-produced, automotive lithium-ion battery system.

Gene holds two degrees from Stanford University; an MS in Engineering with a focus on energy and materials, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He has co-authored 42 patents and 4 academic publications. Gene has been named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list, the MIT Technology Review 35 Under 35, and was a recipient of the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans.

Prior to his current role, Ashish managed Livent’s portfolio of performance lithium compounds having applications in energy storage, aerospace alloys, lubricating greases, pharmaceuticals and polymers. Ashish previously worked in commercial and engineering roles in the biofuels, energy recovery and reuse, and solar industries.

Ashish holds a bachelors degree in chemical engineering from University of Pune, India, and MBA from Tulane University, USA. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Production growth evolved from aggressive drilling in resource plays following the strategic acquisitions of under-developed assets through transactions in excess of $4.5bn.
