You’re Invited

The Board of Directors of the International Center for Journalists cordially invites you to a special dinner and panel discussion on:

Democracy Under Attack:
What Can the U.S. Learn from the World?

In an era of misinformation, and now Russia’s brutal war against independent Ukraine, the role journalists play in providing reliable news and life-saving information can protect democratic values facing unprecedented peril – even in the United States.

Join us at Bloomberg News headquarters for an exclusive insightful discussion with leading journalists — three of them ICFJ Knight International Journalism Award winners — working on the frontlines in Russia, the Czech Republic,Brazil, and Afghanistan, all countries where democracy is under attack. The event will be emceed by NBC News’ Washington Correspondent and PBS’ Washington Week’s Anchor and Moderator Yamiche Alcindor. We will also announce the winners of the prestigious ICFJ Knight International Journalism Awards.
