Jean-Paul Zammitt is Vice-Chairman of Bloomberg L.P. and the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. He serves on the company’s Management Committee and has ownership of the company’s market-facing solution delivery and business development strategies. Organizational functions under his oversight include Sales and Account Management, Customer Support and Service Delivery, Marketing, and Bloomberg’s early-stage venture capital firm, Bloomberg BETA.

Over his more than 20-year career with Bloomberg, Mr. Zammitt has worked in management roles across Sales, Product Development, Strategy and Operations. He has previously been accountable for all aspects of the Bloomberg Professional® Services, including the Bloomberg Terminal and enterprise-level solutions for data, trading, analytics and risk management. He serves as a nonexecutive director of Bloomberg Trading Facility, Ltd. (BTFL) and Bloomberg Index Services, Ltd. (BISL). Mr. Zammitt is a London School of Economics (LSE) alumni.

Mário Torós has been a partner, co-CIO and macro strategy manager at Ibiuna Investimentos since 2010. From 2007 to 2009 he was Monetary Policy Director at the Central Bank of Brazil. He worked at Banco Santander from 1992 to 2006, performing, among others, the role of Head of Emerging Markets in London (1997-1998) and Executive Director of Santander in Brazil responsible for the Treasury and Markets areas (1999-2006).

Mário holds a Master’s degree from COPPEAD/UFRJ and a degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Former partner at Goldman Sachs, André retired as chief executive of Latin America Equities. He has served as a member of the Goldman Sachs Latin America Executive Committee, Equities Risk Committee, Brazil Business Standards Committee, Brazil Management Committee, having worked in New York (2007-2009) and Brazil (2009-2017).

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, André was Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Trading at BNP Fortis Bank in New York (2002-2007), Asset Manager at Safra National Bank (2000-2002) and Equity Trader at Banco Omega/UBS (1992-2000).

André has an MBA from Brown Business School and an OPM from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the committee of the Brazil Foundation and Instituto Credit Suisse, as well as President of the Movimento Bem Maior Committee.

Felipe Guerra is Founding Partner and CIO at Legacy Capital. Former Treasury Director of Banco Santander,  responsible for the treasury books (proprietary trading & local and international market making) and for the areas of ACPM, economic analysis and quantitative modeling in the global banking & markets structure, also serving as a member of its executive committee. Before joining Santander in 2005, he was a trainee and a FX and options trader at Citibank and also worked at Banco BBM (1998-2000).

Graduated in production engineering from UFRJ and CFA chartholder.

Paula manages the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Desk at Goldman Sachs Brazil. She is a member of the Management Committee of Goldman Sachs do Brasil Banco Múltiplo and Goldman Sachs do Brasil CTVM as well as the Risk and Capital Committee of Goldman Sachs Brasil. Paula also serves as co-head of the Hispanic/Latin Network for Latin America.

Paula joined Goldman Sachs in 2002 as an Associate at the New York Fixed Income Trading Desk and was named Managing Director in 2012. Prior to joining the company, Paula worked at Credit Suisse First Boston at the foreign exchange trading desk. Paula earned a BS in Production Engineering from University of São Paulo in 1997, and and MBA from Harvard Business School in 2002.

Cristiane Perini Lucchesi is a senior reporter at large at Bloomberg News in Sao Paulo, covering banks, funds, M&A and restructuring in Latin America since June 2011.

Previously, Cristiane was a reporter at large in Valor Economico, the biggest business newspaper in Brazil. Cristiane also worked at Folha de S.Paulo, the biggest newspaper in Brazil, as a reporter covering economics, Estado de Sao Paulo, another big newspaper, Exame, the biggest business magazine in Brazil, and Gazeta Mercantil, another business newspaper. Cristiane also won an award from the stock exchange in Brazil for covering the impacts of the 1997 Asian crises in Brazil’s financial markets while at Folha de S. Paulo.

Cristiane graduated from University of Sao Paulo (USP) with a degree in Journalist and from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo with a degree in economics. She has an MBA in finance and derivatives from USP.
