Anna Stablum is Director of Sales and Origination at Climate Impact X and is responsible for driving revenue growth, while building an active sales pipeline for voluntary carbon credits. She is also an active marketeer and sees the importance of educating people about climate change and the role carbon credits can play to halt global warming. Anna was previously working within the metals and mining industry as sales manager for two interdealer brokers operating on the London Metal Exchange and the Singapore Exchange. Prior to broking, Anna worked as commodities correspondent at Reuters and Bloomberg News. Anna has a Master of Science degree from Oxford University and a Master of Arts Honours from Glasgow University.

Deeksha is a sustainability professional with over 27 years of work experience in consulting and corporate set-ups. She is currently the Group Chief Sustainability Officer for the Aditya Birla Group (ABG), where she drives the sustainable business transformation agenda across its all its locations on strategic, operational, communication and advocacy aspects of sustainability. Prior to this at ABG, she led the sustainability agenda at group flagship metals and mining business, Hindalco Industries Limited. At Hindalco, she worked across geographies, functions and aspects towards mainstreaming sustainability in the business. This was a follow-up to her role where she led the environmental sustainability agenda at Aditya Birla Group on topics of climate change, energy transition, water, waste, emissions and biodiversity. 
 
Over years, through her work at prestigious firms like PwC, EY, Engineers India Limited and Chemtex Engineering Limited, Deeksha has worked across diverse industry sectors. A regular speaker, panelist at sustainability events, she has been at the forefront of sustainability agenda in India through participation in working groups, industry bodies and expert networks.

He also has certifications in quality and management from IIM-A, IIM Indore, CII and GIZ, in addition to a Masters in Technology in Energy Management. Manish is amongst Fortune India’s 40Under40 for the year 2022. He has also been designated as a member of CII Western Region (WR) Sub-Committee of Environment Sustainability for the year 2022-23. Manish is also a recipient of Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award 2014 & Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Achievements in Business “Climate Change – International Industry” by Indian Solidarity Council, New Delhi.

Neelesh was previously an Asset Manager for a $2.2 Bn real estate fund, jointly owned by CPPIB and Everstone. Prior to that, as an Investment Banker with Avendus Capital, he has helped raise private equity capital for developers of clean energy projects. Neelesh holds 3 international journal publications in the field of Portfolio Optimisation, Demand Forecasting and Green Supply chains. He has completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore and his B.Tech/M.Tech in Financial Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

He leads a team responsible for producing policy, economic, business and investment analysis in the power and transport industries. From primary data collection to producing long-term scenario analysis, he is also involved in bespoke consultancy projects in India and neighboring countries. Shantanu has worked in several energy sectors including wind, solar, coal, biofuels, energy storage and retail electricity. Having 10 years of experience in renewable energy and power markets he regularly speaks at conferences and is often quoted in the media. Shantanu is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA in Power Management.
