**NOTE: This month’s Cornell Tech @ Bloomberg event will be hosted at Bloomberg’s 120 Park Avenue office. Please check the “WHEN & WHERE” section below for details.**

Bloomberg, Cornell Tech, and Tech:NYC invite you to join us for the latest installment of the Cornell Tech @ Bloomberg Speaker Series, featuring David Gandler, Co-founder and CEO of Fubo, in conversation with Scarlet Fu of Bloomberg TV and Bloomberg Quicktake.

Gandler founded Fubo in 2015. Now a publicly-listed company with 50,000 sporting events on its platform, Fubo (NYSE: FUBO) is on a global mission to aggregate the best in TV in a single app. The sports-first live TV streaming platform, through which fans can stream top channels without cable TV, has consistently been first to market with streaming products, including being the first virtual multichannel video programming distributor (vMVPD) to launch 4K streams and simultaneous viewing on up to four screens.

By the time Gandler founded Fubo, he was an advertising and video sales veteran with experience at organizations including Scripps Networks Interactive, Time Warner Cable, and NBCUniversal’s Telemundo Media. Active in the global sports industry beyond Fubo, Gandler is co-owner of soccer team Paris FC, serves as a trustee for the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation, and is on the board of directors for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).

We hope you’ll join us for this conversation, in which Gandler will discuss his entrepreneurial journey, the company’s approach to live TV and sports streaming, the changing behavior of sports fans around the globe as access to programming increases, operating during a time of disruption related to media rights and sports, and his insights on the rapidly evolving sports media and entertainment landscape.

Co-founder and CEO
Fubo

David Gandler is Co-founder and CEO of Fubo (NYSE: FUBO), whose global mission is to aggregate the best in TV, including premium sports, news and entertainment content, through a single app.

Under Gandler’s leadership, Fubo aims to transcend the industry’s current TV model. Its proprietary data and technology platform is optimized for live TV and sports viewership, and consumers can choose a lean-back viewing experience or engage with the content through interactive product features. Forbes named Fubo to its “Next Billion Dollar Startups” list in 2019, one year ahead of the company’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in October 2020. Fubo is live in the U.S., Canada, and Spain, and operates leading live TV streaming platform Molotov in France.

Prior to founding Fubo in 2015, Gandler had a prolific advertising career with more than 15 years of video sales in local broadcast and cable TV. He has been named among Goldman Sachs’ 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs (2019) and Variety’s Dealmakers (2020, 2019).
