Overview
Bloomberg, Cornell Tech, and Tech:NYC invite you to tune in for the latest installment of the Cornell Tech @ Bloomberg Speaker Series, featuring Ragy Thomas, Founder & CEO of Sprinklr, in conversation with Scarlet Fu of Bloomberg Television.
Thomas founded Sprinklr in 2009 in a spare bedroom of his house in New Jersey, and has since scaled the business to reach 2,000 employees and $400 million in annual revenue. The company provides a customer experience platform that allows its clients to engage with their customers in personalized ways across a range of channels, ranging from social media to text. It offers five core products: marketing, advertising, research, engagement, and care. And Sprinklr’s clients include some of the world’s most recognizable and valuable brands, such as Nike, McDonald’s, and Microsoft. Earlier this year, the company raised $200 million in private equity, bringing its valuation to $2.7 billion, and Sprinklr has worked with both private and public sector organizations to help them provide essential information to customers and citizens throughout COVID-19.
We hope you’ll join us for this conversation, in which Thomas and Fu will discuss Sprinklr’s work across a range of industries, how the company has kept its teams together while working remotely, what COVID-19 has meant for social media, brand marketing and customer engagement in 2020, how Sprinklr decides whether to acquire existing companies or build new product features internally, and how it is helping to combat digital disinformation.
After you register, you’ll receive an email on the morning of December 17th with a link to watch the broadcast.
