Overview

Derivatives market structure is entering a new phase of innovation as advances in technology, evolving regulation, and growing investor demand reshape the products available to market participants. Prediction markets are expanding beyond sporting events in pursuit of broader institutional adoption. Perpetual futures are moving onshore, offering leveraged, 24-hour exposure without expiration dates. Meanwhile, compute futures are emerging as a potential tool for firms looking to manage and hedge the rising infrastructure costs of the AI era.

Join Bloomberg Intelligence on September 30 at our 120 Park office for a discussion with industry leaders on the opportunities, challenges, and market structure considerations shaping these evolving products—and what their continued development could mean for investors, traders, and the broader financial markets.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in Q&A with the analysts, and join for a cocktail reception with peers following the event.
