Aija Rimsa
Aija Rimsa brings extensive experience in compliance management and executive leadership, supported by a range of certifications. These qualifications have deepened her understanding of complex regulatory frameworks and have been instrumental in her ability to implement and manage robust compliance programs, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
In her current executive role, Aija guides the organization through challenging regulatory environments, ensuring compliance while embedding ethical practices into the corporate culture. Her leadership has enhanced her decision-making and strategic planning skills, emphasizing that true leadership is about making a meaningful impact.
Elena Tsiaklides
Elena Tsiaklides holds the position of Officer at the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is a member of the Data Supervision Team at the Supervision Department.
With a tenure at CySEC since 2016, she has gained experience in the Investigations and Supervision Departments. In recent years, she has been specializing in the supervision of supervisory data.
Before joining CySEC, Elena worked in the Audit and Tax Departments of Deloitte Ltd and the Financial Division Department of Alpha Bank (Cyprus) Ltd.
Elena Tsiaklides is a graduate with a BSc in Economics from the University of Essex and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Stathis Kyriakides
Stathis is a seasoned financial analyst with extensive expertise in credit ratings, risk management, and regulatory affairs. He has held senior analyst roles at global credit rating agencies, where he assessed the creditworthiness of financial institutions across EMEA and emerging markets, including during periods of economic uncertainty and market volatility.
Viktorija Kolomieta
Viktorija Kolomieta is the Head of Regulatory Reporting at Freedom24, with over 8 years of expertise in regulatory reporting compliance.
At Freedom24, she is responsible for establishing the framework for all regulatory reporting obligations and overseeing the technologies that ensure high-quality reporting to regulators.
Prior to joining Freedom24, Viktorija led the regulatory reporting function at another CySEC-regulated international firm.
She holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Satish Vyamajala
Satish Vyamajala is the Head of Derivative Trade Reporting Product at Bloomberg. He has more than 18 years of experience in financial services industry and has spent over 10 years implementing regulatory solutions across Investment Management, Global Markets and Banking industries. His domain expertise spans across all G20 regs – CFTC, EMIR, MAS, ASIC, HKMA/SFC, and more.
Satish has a Masters degree in Finance and IT systems from T A Pai Management Institute, India and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from J N T University, Hyderabad, India.
