Neal has successfully integrated life and work. He is happily married with five grandchildren, and enjoys hiking and golf, while finding time to publish research in the Journal of Financial Planning and speaking at several national conferences.

Tim is the Chairman and Founder of Rowland Carmichael Advisors, Inc., an independent wealth management firm whose clients include owners and key employees of some of Arizona’s most successful family businesses. They count on Tim, a Certified Financial Planner practitioner with an MBA in International Management, in maximizing the value of their personal assets and corporate retirement plans and in fulfilling their support of community and charitable organizations.
Lee leads a dynamic group of individuals covering a 2.5 million square mile territory, and is responsible for managing the Bloomberg Terminal business for Buy-Side clients in the western United States and Canada.
