Overview
Join us for the Bloomberg Women’s Buy-side Network’s second flagship event of 2026.
Against a macro backdrop of heightened volatility and geopolitical change, with elections and fiscal policy adding further complexity, the investment research landscape continues to evolve. Effectively managing data and the flow of information is becoming increasingly critical to generating insight and supporting informed investment decisions.
Maria Toneva, Head of Research at AustralianSuper, Henrietta Pacquement, COO, Fixed Income at Allspring Global Investments and Helen Taylor, COO, Equities & Multi Asset at M&G Investments, will join a panel discussion moderated by Ilona Piwko, Head of Research Management Solutions, EMEA, Bloomberg, exploring how research and the processes around it shape investment and portfolio decisions, and help investors navigate changing market conditions.
The discussion will also explore the career journey from research into portfolio management and investment leadership, considering how research experience can inform broader investment responsibilities and leadership roles.
The event will conclude with an evening cocktail reception.
