Overview

The finance industry is often perceived to be one of the most fast-paced environments for employees – creating pressure to always perform at their best and never show signs of fatigue.

But there’s a powerful correlation between our state of mind and our performance at work. Taking the time to care for your mental health makes it easier to show up at the top of your game week in, week out – both at work and in your personal life.

Join us where industry leaders and an expert in psychology will discuss the intersection between wellness and success in the workplace.
