Overview

In today’s global financial landscape, centers worldwide face mounting scrutiny from supervisory authorities and regulatory bodies striving to uphold market integrity and stability.

At the heart of regulatory responsibility lies market surveillance, essential for businesses to manage risks associated with communication and trading across diverse asset classes. The digitization of trading, coupled with the imperative for optimal execution, has amplified the complexity of compliance and risk frameworks.

Amidst evolving regulatory landscapes and technological innovations, market participants globally are tasked with staying compliant and adaptable. How can they effectively address these challenges?

Please join us for a compliance and regulatory event hosted by the Bloomberg VAULT and BTCA teams. Our discussion will center around Datos Insights Research titled “Trade, Communication, Crypto, and Commodities Surveillance Matrix: Catch Bad Actors,” where together with our Bloomberg specialists, we’ll delve into pivotal topics including increased regulatory demands, multi-asset surveillance, seamless communication integration, and the transformative role of artificial intelligence in shaping the future of compliance technologies.
