Panelists from the Public Religion Research Institute, ILGA World, and more will cover topics including the history of DEI and religion at work, the intersection of religion and queerness, and the formation of interfaith and faithbased ERGs.

Fearless Dialogues is an organization of animators who create unique spaces for hard and heartfelt conversations. They will introduce ways in which companies can move forward to build strategic change using Fearless Dialogues’ programming. Fearless Dialogues will elaborate on their distinct “See-Hear-Change” model, an approach that emphasizes the need for radical hospitality when engaging in difficult dialogue.

Telos will cover the basic Principles and Practices of Peacemaking with time built in for exploration of how peacemaking is relevant for conference participants’ own work.

Through first-hand stories, this workshop will explore what peacemaking is, why it is relevant to everyone in their unique work, and how it can challenge us to expand our thinking and engagement to work for a more just future for all.
