Overview
For too long, the stigma and fear surrounding mental health have been a barrier to seeking expert help, thriving communities and careers, and understanding that it is okay to not be okay. Especially in APAC.
Bloomberg, in partnership with Community Business, is on a mission to change that, by bringing the This is Me campaign to Asia – a regional offshoot to a wider campaign currently supported globally by Bloomberg Corporate Philanthropy and dedicated to normalizing the mental health conversation and saving lives.
Statistically, we have all either experienced mental health challenges ourselves or know someone who has. We cannot, and must not, stay silent. There is no shame here.
