Ganna Pidgorna
Ganna Pidgorna is leading People, Brand & Sustainability functions in UNIQA Czeck Republic and Slovakia. A Ukrainian, Ganna has moved to Prague 5 years ago to work for AXA CZ/SK, later acquired by UNIQA. Prior to it she worked for Microsoft and Credit Agricole Bank. Ganna is a certified coach and embodiment practitioner. Ganna’s leadership mission is to create environments where people could realize their full potential for the benefit of humanity and the planet
Georgia Salagean
Georgia Salagean is leading the Finance division UniCredit Czech Republic and Slovakia covering the areas of Accounting & reporting, Assets and liabilities management, Planning and capital management and Macro Economic research for the bank. She is originally from Romania, working for Unicredit for 13 years and more than 16 years in total in the banking system area, with extensive knowledge in finance area. Before joining Prague team, she held the position of Head of Planning in Bank Austria, leaving in Vienna for 2 years. She is passionate about numbers, with belief that there is always a story to tell when interpreting them properly, seeing Finance area as key for business success and resilient growth of the organization.
Lenka Kejikova
Lenka graduated with a degree in Statistical and Insurance Engineering from the University of Economics. While still a student, she embarked on her career in the insurance industry, transitioning through various roles until she discovered her true calling in risk management. For over twelve years, she dedicated herself to this rapidly evolving field, even sharing her expertise as a lecturer at the University of Economics.
In 2014, Lenka joined the Generali Group in the Czech Republic as a Senior Manager in Risk Management. She oversaw operational and strategic risks not only within the Czech Republic but also coordinated these efforts across other Generali entities in Central and Eastern Europe.
By 2021, Lenka took a step in her career, assuming the role of CEO and Chairman of the Board at Generali Pension Company, the Czech Republic’s largest pension firm, managing the retirement savings of over a million clients. Under her leadership, the company navigated through an organizational transformation and reversed a trend of declining market share.
In 2024, Lenka began a new chapter with Generali Česká pojišťovna as Chief Insurance Officer for Life and Health Insurance, contributing her vast experience as a member of the Board of Directors.
Manisha Mehrotra
Manisha Mehrotra is the head of diversity and inclusion (D&I) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Bloomberg. Manisha leads the D&I strategy across 38 countries and delivers solutions that drive representation, engagement and cultural change across the organization, which align to the global D&I strategy.
Manisha and her team partner with clients and Bloomberg teams to integrate D&I practices into business and workplace standards and improve the representation and advancement of ethnic talent.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Manisha started her career in communications and marketing at New York Life before moving to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Manisha is on the Catalyst European Advisory Board and Disability:IN Board of Directors, working to advance innovation that brings inclusion to the forefront of business and community.
Manisha earned a Master of Business Administration at Cornell University and a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University. She is currently pursuing a coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
