Constantin Cotzias
European Director, Bloomberg LP
He is Global Head of International External Relations for Bloomberg L.P., Chairman of Bloomberg Tradebook, and a Board Director of Bloomberg Multilateral Trading Facility Ltd and Bloomberg Index Services.
He sits on the Mayor of London Economic Advisory Board and formerly sat on Prime Minister May’s Business Advisory Council and Chancellor Sunak’s Treasury Advisory Council. He was previously CEO of Bloomberg’s legal and regulatory news and research division. He joined Bloomberg in 2001 as Chief Counsel.
Prior to Bloomberg, Cotzias was a senior mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Denton Wilde Sapte (presently known as Dentons), one of the United Kingdom’s largest law firms, where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs across industries including media, telecoms, technology, and energy. From 1998-2000, he was Chief Counsel of Denton Wilde Sapte’s Moscow office.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern History and Politics and is a Law graduate from the London School of Economics (University of London). He earned honours in the English Law Society Final Examinations and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Vlad Kliatchko
CEO, Bloomberg LP
In 2023, Vlad Kliatchko was appointed Bloomberg LP’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, he led the Product, Data and Engineering functions, helping to drive the company’s strategic vision.
Vlad has been a member of Bloomberg LP’s Management Committee since 2018, and prior to being named CEO in 2023, held the roles of Chief Product Officer and Global Head of Engineering.

Francine Lacqua is an award-winning London-based anchor for Bloomberg Television. She anchors the daily weekday program “The Pulse with Francine Lacqua’ which features exclusive interviews with high profile guests from the worlds of global business, economics, finance and politics.
She also presents “Leaders with Lacqua,“ a special TV series in which she sits down with top CEOs, entrepreneurs and public figures in London and on location. Francine and David Merritt co-host Bloomberg’s weekly In The City Podcast, which aims to get ahead of the trends and conversations that are shaping the City of London, talking to the people that matter in the Square Mile and wider metropolis.
Olivier Fliche
Director of Fintech & Innovation, ACPR
Olivier Fliche is the Director of Fintech & Innovation at the ACPR, the French banking and insurance supervisory authority. He is in charge of the Fintech-Innovation Hub, which is the gateway for financial innovative project holders in the banking and insurance sectors, and coordinates with the Banque de France –the French central bank– and the French financial market supervisory authority (AMF). Together with the AMF, the Fintech-Innovation Hub steers the Fintech Forum, the body for consultation and dialogue with the French FinTech industry. Olivier Fliche is also responsible for the suptech mission of the ACPR, which aims at building on innovative technologies to improve the tools used for supervisory purposes.
Olivier Fliche started his career at the French Finance Ministry. After a secondment to the European Commission to help start the Solvency II project, he joined the supervisory authority where he held positions of Director of prudential insurance supervision and later of Director of business conduct supervision. Olivier Fliche holds a degree of the École Polytechnique and a degree of the Institut d’études politiques de Paris. He is also a qualified actuary (Institut des Actuaires).
Shawn Edwards
CTO, Bloomberg
As Bloomberg’s Chief Technology Officer, Shawn Edwards is responsible for setting the company’s technology direction and for developing innovative new products. He leads a team of brilliant researchers, technologists and product managers who collaborate with academia and Bloomberg’s wider Engineering department to develop the company’s market data, analytics, news and community products, research existing and emerging technologies (like AI), and architect strategic technical solutions that are critical for the company’s growth and stability – including enhancing its core business, the Bloomberg Terminal. Bloomberg’s CTO Office has led the company’s most significant technology changes over the last 15 years.
Shawn serves on the board of Latino U College Access (LUCA), an amazingly effective non-profit that empowers high achieving, low-income, first-generation, Latino youth on their journey to and through college. He has also served as Chair of the Board of Visitors for Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science and is a member of the Data and Society Council for Columbia’s Data Science Institute.
Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2003, Shawn worked for Bear Stearns & Co. and also held positions at Mentor Graphics and IBM. Shawn received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Laetitia Fournier
Head of Data & Innovation, Natixis CIB
Laetitia Fournier, member of the Natixis CIB Management Committee, is the Head of Data & Innovation at Natixis CIB.
She is leading strategic transformation projects leveraging artificial intelligence solutions to support CIB businesses in their evolution.
She started her career at IBM Financial Services in New York in 2003, where she led missions at international banks in the United States, the UK, South Africa, and Japan. She has also held various roles at Crédit Agricole CIB, specifically in the equity risk department and within Global Market COO. She joined Natixis in 2019 to build up the Global Market Data & Agile developments team, that includes data transformation projects, execution & algo trading development as well as major evolutions of trading apps. Laetitia is graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and hold a Master of Science from MIT.
James Cham
Partner, Bloomberg Beta
James Cham is a Partner at Bloomberg Beta, a firm focused on investing in the future of work. James invests in companies working on applying machine intelligence to businesses and society. He’s currently invested in companies like Weights and Biases, Lambda Labs, and Yurts AI. James speaks and writes on the implications of AI for companies, including a landscape of machine intelligence companies. Business Insider recognized James as one of the best seed investors in their 2024 Seed 100 list (he made #3, for the second year in a row). In the past, he’s been involved in investments with companies like Streamlit, LinkedIn, and Twilio. James was previously an investor at Bessemer Venture Partners, a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and a software developer. He lives in Palo Alto.
Christopher Nguyen
CEO and co-founder, Aitomatic
As Aitomatic’s CEO and co-founder, Dr. Christopher Nguyen leads a Silicon Valley company pioneering GenAI for semiconductors, partnering with Samsung, Nvidia, and TSMC. A founding member of the AI Alliance, he co-leads its Foundation Models Focus Area and serves on its Steering Committee alongside IBM and Meta, shaping global AI safety standards. His team develops OpenSSA and SemiKong – the first foundation model for semiconductors, while expanding into maritime and financial sectors.
Previously, as President and CEO of Arimo-Panasonic, he directed global Industrial AI initiatives. At Google, as first Engineering Director, he led Gmail and Google Apps development, receiving the Google Founders Award. His earlier work includes pioneering Malaysia’s first digital banking platform and modernizing technology at Macau’s Seng Heng Bank. He serves as technology advisor to Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Dr. Nguyen champions open-source AI through the Agentic AI framework OpenSSA and serves as General Co-chair of the AI-Semiconductor Conference. He received his PhD from Stanford University and BS from UC Berkeley.
Augustin de Romanet
Chairman & CEO, Aéroports de Paris
Augustin de Romanet, born on 2 April 1961, is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris and of the École Nationale de l’Administration.
Augustin de Romanet, appointed Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris by decree dated 29 November 2012, had his mandate renewed by the decrees dated 24 July 2014 and 29 May 2019.
Previously Chief Executive Officer of Caisse des dépôts et consignations between March 2007 and March 2012, Augustin de Romanet also chaired the Strategic Investment Fund between 2009 and 2012. Prior to this, he was Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Crédit Agricole SA and a member of the Executive Committee. From June 2005 to October 2006, he was
Deputy Secretary General to the Presidency of the Republic and held senior positions in various ministries.
Augustin de Romanet is a Knight of the Legion of Honour, and has been awarded the French National Defence Medal.
Benjamin Haddad
Minister Delegate of Europe
Graduated from Sciences Po Paris and HEC and researcher in international relations, he taught international relations at Science Po. He worked for seven years in think tanks in Washingtom, notably as Director of the Atlantic Council’s Europe Center from 2019 to 2022.
He wrote “Paradis Perdu: l’Amérique de Trump et la fin des illusions européennes” (Grasset 2019), a plea for European sovereignty and strategic autonomy in the face of new geopolitical threats and American withdrawal. Prix l’Express-BFM 2019 for best essay 2019.
He was first UMP National Secretary from 2011 to 2014. In 2017, he was La République en Marche’s representative in Washington, D.C. Elected deputy for Paris in June 2022 (14th constituency), he was a member of the Foreign Affairs Commission and the European Affairs Commission and also spokesman coordinator for the National Assembly’s Renaissance group.
