Join us for the Bloomberg Strategic Insights Programme event “Trump 2.0 – The Economic and Trade impact for Europe’s Global Competitiveness”

America has voted and in January President-elect Trump will take office. With a Republican majority in the Senate and Congress what will the new administration’s policy agenda mean for Europe? Taxes and tariffs are top of the agenda. Resetting and reshaping the EU’s global trade and economic policies will be crucial as the Trump administration potentially moves to impose new tariffs. Leading the EU to adapt to this new dynamic in transatlantic trade.

What does Trump’s re-election mean for EU-US trade? What does it mean for the EU’s relationship with China and global trade partners?

Bloomberg Brussels is opening up and sharing our key insights backed by global data, analysis, and facts from our global markets specialists, researchers, and analysts from Bloomberg Economics, Bloomberg Intelligence, and BNEF – Bloomberg New Energy Finance.

The event will wrap up with an end of year reception.

Please note this on-the-record event is by invitation only.
